New Patient Consult $400
This visit includes a comprehensive health history to help determine the root cause of the problems you are facing or the specific health areas you want to improve. Both Mary & Lauren will complete a whole-body physical examination of all organ systems, assess stress, lifestyle, nutrition, and overall physical function. New patients can expect to spend 45 minutes at your initial appointment.
Patient follow up/Established patient $200
This visit can include lab review, medication review, acute concerns, acute illness, and ongoing chronic disease management. You can expect to spend 30 minutes at this appointment. Depending on the complexity of the patient’s condition, additional follow ups will be suggested as needed.
Pediatric Services

Well Child Visit 45 mins

An extensive look into the child’s growth, developmental milestones, and nutrition. A complete head to toe exam will be performed. Growth chart will be assessed.
Chronic Child Problem Visit 45 mins

An alternative approach to chronic conditions such as asthma, allergies, headaches, chronic abdominal pain, eczema, and mental wellness.
Chronic Child Problem Follow up 30 mins
$100
Follow up on chronic health conditions that already have a plan of care in place.
Acute Child Problem Visit 30 mins
$100
Comprehensive visit for childhood illness or injuries such as sore throat, common colds, ear infections, asthma exacerbations, pink eye, urinary complaints, and musculoskeletal complaints.
Pre-op Physical 30 min
$100
A physical exam to review medical history and confirm your child’s readiness to undergo a procedure.
Athletic Physical 30 mins
$100
A sports physical exam to review medical history and confirm your child’s readiness and safety to participate in sports.
Lab draws
Performed by Lauren, RN, CNP, in house lab draws are available Monday- Thursday 8am-2pm.
