Lauren is a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a unique perspective on healthcare shaped by her personal journey. As a childhood cancer survivor, she understands firsthand the physical, emotional, and psychological toll that illness can take on both the individual and their loved ones. Her experience battling cancer as a child ignited a lifelong passion for medicine and healing, leading her to pursue a career focused on empowering patients to take control of their health.

Lauren worked as a pediatric nurse for 6 years before pursuing nurse practitioner school. After earning her advanced degree with a Master’s of Science in Nursing, Lauren became increasingly drawn to the principles of functional medicine, which she believes offers a more holistic, patient-centered approach to healthcare. Her focus is on treating the root causes of health issues, not just the symptoms, and she works closely with each patient to create personalized treatment plans that integrate nutrition, lifestyle changes, and natural therapies alongside traditional medical interventions.
